If your referral successfully qualifies for one of our clinical research studies, you will receive compensation.
Referral Rules

New Participants Only: The person you refer must be new to Future Life Clinical Trials.

Mandatory Screening: Participants must undergo a physical assessment to join the study.

Eligibility for Study: To earn the referral bonus, the referred individual must pass the screening and be eligible for the study.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Employees of Future Life Clinical Trials are not eligible for this program, except those in the Recruitment Team. A W-9 form may be required before any payment can be issued.
